Visiting the Amish area is a real treat - a place where you will see more horse and buggies than cars. There are many places to shop for Amish goods, visit a local winery, sample amish cooking, stroll the little scenic towns and view the lovely countryside. Step back in time when you step into Lehman''s Hardware and stop for a delicious scoop of homemade ice cream. Along the way there are many antique shops, Warther''s Museum and amish furniture stores to explore.

The Atwood Lake Region is a protected natural environment constructed in the late 30''s. With 28 miles of lake shoreline, a surface area of over 1500 acres and miles of lush terrain, it is a unique area preserved to provide the perfect setting for picnics, fishing,
swimming, boating, golfing and other outdoor activities. Visit Al-Bi Winery located on the east end of the lake. There is a bike lane following the south side of the lake and with only two lane roads, the area is perfect for motorcycles. You''ll enjoy wandering through the gardens and man-made ponds, waterfalls and streams. Bring your binoculars for bird watching.
